1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days for in-stock items

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Pre-Order Items

Ghost Boat frequently releases items as pre-orders.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the following:

• Pre-order items are produced after the pre-order period ends

• Estimated shipping time is typically 2–3 weeks after the pre-order period closes

• Delays may occur due to production or supply chain issues

If delays happen, we will notify you via email.

3. Combined Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once all items are ready.

If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination and are not guaranteed.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Ghost Boat is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Ghost Boat is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

8. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

​9. Holiday / Fulfillment Pauses

If Ghost Boat is marked as “on holiday,” order processing and shipping will be temporarily paused.

Orders will resume once the holiday period ends.
