1. Returns & Exchanges Window
Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

3. Exchanges (Sizing)
We offer exchanges for sizing issues if the requested size is in stock.
Pre-order items may not always be available for exchange due to limited production.
4. Pre-Order Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund only during the active pre-order period.
Once the pre-order period has ended and production has begun, all pre-order sales are final and non-refundable.
However, size-related issues are eligible for exchange or refund within the 14-day return window, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition.
5. Refunds

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your item is damaged, incorrect, or missing:

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Ghost Boat is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
